Training
ShipGenie’s products are designed
to be easy-to-use by the target user. For example, the user responsible
for entering new shipping information or checking the status of
a shipment, works with a display that is intuitive and presents
only the information that is required to carry out those functions.
The System Administrator, who is technical, has access to an expanded
set of tools and displays that are designed for more technical
users.
To augment this basic design of ShipGenie’s
products, ShipGenie provides comprehensive training. Sessions are
regularly scheduled every quarter to educate end-users and well
as super-users. Training sessions include hands-on training. Training
sessions are scheduled at the ShipGenie Headquarters office, but
on request, can be scheduled at the customer site.
