Partner Program

The ShipGenie Partner Program provides a framework for both ShipGenie and its partners to enhance their mutual abilities to deliver solutions and services to customers. ShipGenie’s partners include a wide range of companies representing different businesses including database, manufacturing and systems integration. The ShipGenie Partner Program provides the following features and benefits:

  • Personal Contact – A representative is assigned to you to coordinate all issues and activities. These include joint marketing opportunities, discussing new ideas, escalating technical support and business issues, and scheduling regular planning meetings with both management teams.
  • Technical Support – We assign technical support resources to work with you. There is also a “partner only” technical support area on our Web Site that contains technical materials and a link into the partner chat area, which is monitored by our technical support engineers. In many cases, your ability to converse with other partners can minimize the time required to answer your questions.
  • Web Site presence – We promote our partners on our Web Site. Your logo is displayed with a brief description of your company and the relationship with us. There is a link to your Web Site to enable customers to quickly obtain more information about your products and services.
  • Joint Marketing – We promote you at marketing events such as trade shows and conferences. There may also be opportunities to work together on advertisements, collateral and press releases.
  • Lead Exchange – We will immediately forward to you any leads for your products and services that we generate from our marketing and sales activities.
